Q: What it the cost to register on this site?
A: Nothing. There are no registration fees for buyers or sellers.

Q: How much does it cost for sellers to place listings?
A: While the site is in beta launch all ads are free.

Q: How do I place an Ad?
A: Very easy! You click on Place an Ad, register if necessary and start posting. There are straight forward steps to guide you all the way through placing your ad.

Q: Do I need to register?
A: No. But you do need to register to place an ad or to ask the seller a question. Remember registering also has the added benefits below.

• You can easily manage all your adverts in your user admin area
• Buyers and sellers have the ability to communicate if the seller has opted to do so on the site.

Q: Is this site secure?
A: Yes. Your transactions are protected by the 128 bit latest encryption technology.

Q: How do I find what I'm looking for?
A: You have several options:

• We offer a "quick search" bar at the top of our pages for you to enter keywords and categories to search.
• We offer an Advanced Search location search on the top of each category page for you to refine your search criteria.
• If you already know what you are looking for you can browse the categories listed on the left side of the site's pages.

Q: How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?
A: We provide sellers with the ability to allow buyers to use a Question and Answer form that is, if selected, accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller will reply through our onsite messaging system. The seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous. Otherwise, you may contact the seller direct via the contact information provided in the ad.

Q: How long does an advert/event last?
A: All ads are placed for 90 days. You can edit / delete / refresh or extend your ad before the 90 days are up.

Q: What if I am unsure about an Ad?
A: We can't monitor all ads placed on the site 24 hours per day. However we do check new listings several times a day to uncover any spam or suspicious ads.
