 One of Australia’s leading tyre and automotive companies is looking for exceptional hands on store managers. As a specialist in your field, you will be looked upon by your peers as a coach and mentor.
  
You will be given the autonomy to make decisions on how best to deliver high levels of customer service, continue to increase customer-base and achieve targets. Your role will be an integral part of the overall management of the store and you will be relied upon for your understanding and knowledge of the industry. In addition you will look after the development and retention of employees as well as the achievement of store budgets for wages, sales and gross profit.
  
A solid understanding of OH&S and the ability to Identifying training opportunities for the team in all operational areas is essential. Personal presentation is paramount in this role and you will be highly rewarded with a fantastic incentive program as well as discounts, gift vouchers and for your convenience uniforms will be provided and laundered. Professional development is supported with industry training provided both on and off site.
  
To be considered for this role you must have automotive retail industry experience or have worked in a similar retail management role. Excellent customer services as well as self motivation and excellent leadership skills as well as a genuine interest in the industry are essential.
